Mrs. Floyd’s TRIO journey started as a tutor for Student Support Services at East Central University. She currently serves as an Academic Coach for Student Support Services. In 2019, she decided to pursue a Master’s in Management. She was able to excel in her graduate program, finishing it with a 4.0 GPA and completing it in only one year.
