Dr. Tim Boatmun has over 30 years of experience helping students and organizations reach their goals. Currently serving as the Vice-President for Enrollment Management at his alma mater, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Boatmun has served as the Graduate Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Services, and established the University’s Advising Center, Freshman Programs, and Native American Institute. Boatmun has authored or co-authored over $4,000,000 in grants to serve students. He is married to Dr. Charla Hall and they have one daughter named Abigail.
Workshop Synopsis: In this workshop we will identify and discuss the five key elements of change: vision, skills and knowledge, resources, incentives, and action plans. Special attention will be paid to the leaders role in influencing effective change.
